DIY Car Repairs in London

Mon, 11 May 2009

DIY car repairs in the dry are now a reality in London In those days I would have given anything to have access to a warm, dry garage, with hoists and tools, where I could turn up, fix what had to be fixed, and stay dry in the process. Well, the days of laying prostrate under a car in the freezing cold are long gone for me, but for many, especially in these difficult financial times, DIY car repairs are a necessity. New Hyundai i30 Tourer starts production

Fri, 15 Jun 2012

The new Hyundai i30 Tourer (Estate) has gone in to production in the Czech Republic, extending the range of the new i30. The latest Hyundai i30 is proving to be a proper success story for Hyundai, selling almost 60,000 units in the few months it’s actually been moving out of Hyundai showrooms in Europe. And now Hyundai look set to increase i30 sales further with the i30 Tourer (that’s ‘Estate’ in English, even if Hyundai PR did manage to refer to it as the i30 Wagon in the Geneva press release to the extent we thought they might launch it as the Hyundai i30 Wagon) starting its production run at Hyundai’s facility in Nošovice in the Czech Republic.

Audi Urban Future Summit: Interactivity in the future city

Tue, 15 Nov 2011

The Audi Urban Summit is an international convention bringing together experts on urban mobility and development to discuss one central question: Which energies and forces will change the city of the future in 2020 – and what relationships will exist between these forces? Held in Frankfurt, just prior to the city's auto show, the summit aimed to hold an open discussion that was ‘free from preconceptions about how cities and mobility can be shaped in a suitable and sustainable way in the future'. Workshops focused on three key themes: Energies of data, energies of social relations and energies of resources.
