The new 2014 MINI Hatch (pictured) goes on sale this weekend We had the reveal of the all new MINI at the end of last year at the Los Angeles and Tokyo Motor Shows, and the new MINI One turned up on MINI’s stand at the Geneva Motor Show this week. And now it’s going on sale in the UK. Sitting on BMW’s new UKL1 platform, the new MINI may be more BMW under the skin than before but, despite growing in size, it’s still very much a MINI.

Porsche GT3 to launch at Geneva

The next in line for the mid-life facelift (Gen 2) of the Porsche 911 is the GT3, following on from last year’s revisions to the Carrera and Targa. The GT3 has had only minor modifications to its looks, instead the detail, as you would hope, has gone on under the skin. The engine has gone up in size from the old 3.6 litres to 3.8, yielding an increase in bhp – up to 435bhp.

Aston Martin has played this game lately with the Limited Edition DBS Carbon Black and V12 Vantage Carbon Black, offering something extra and a bit different for more money. And now they’re offering a new Limited Edition DBS which uses the other reason for a Limited Edition Car – the anniversary.
