Honda Motor Co. Motorcycle Common Service Manual  (English)
Item # 61CM001 Contents dated from 1988 to 1995

This Honda Motorcycle CSM explains the theory of operation of the various systems common to Honda motorcycles and motor scooters and ATVs. It also provides basic information on troubleshooting, inspection and repair of components and systems found on these machines.
Twenty Five sections and and index as noted in pictures included.

This manual was purchased in 2001 by myself, not used much in the shop but I have kept it all these years. Excellent condition with no wear other than outer scuffs from storage in a clean, smoke-free home. No tears in seven ring binder or paper contents.

It would be a fine addition for any tech or student looking to get into motorcycle, scooter and ATV maintenance of Honda brand equipment. Step-by-step instructions for much of the manual, illustrated throughout to help the newer technician get a firm grasp of how basic maintenance is accomplished. Useful for practically any make of motorcycle, scooter or ATV as a basic tech guide.

While the contents are somewhat dated, basic operation and technical maintenance of motorcycles, scooters and ATVs has not changed all that much. One exception being fuel systems only covers carburetors, not fuel injection.

Item is sold as-is. No returns or refunds. I take good care of my items and pack carefully for shipment to you. North American shipping only, no international bids please. Thank you for considering my items.

First Sight: Mini

Mon, 14 Aug 2006

The first 'New' Mini was launched just five years ago, replacing the original Mini that had changed only in detail since its 1959 debut. Designed by Frank Stephenson, now head of design at Fiat, the current design has been a sales success and most significantly has been very influential in demonstrating how small cars need not be explicitly functionalist, smaller versions of larger car types or feel cheap. The new 'New' Mini, designed under the direction of Gert Hildebrand at Mini, is announced today with exterior design by Marcus Syring, interior design by Marc Girard and colour and trim design by Annette Baumeister.

RM Bruce Weiner Microcar Museum Auction begins

Fri, 15 Feb 2013

Thursday was not a good day for microcar coverage. In fact, the day was spent answering three questions: One: Who the hell leaves their wallet on a plane? Two: If that person is outside of the terminal when he realizes he's lost his wallet, how does he get back into the terminal without ID?
