For any problems with fitment please contact us first as most issues can be sorted with a little technical advice. You may return new, unused items with original packaging. We must be contacted about your intentions to return within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be paid by us if the return needed is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or other than described product) along with any non-used/installed items that are defective or improperly manufactured If you simply do not want it or ordered incorrectly, then you are responsible for the return shipping plus a restocking fee of $4 and up to 20% of the purchase price to cover original shipping costs. (shipping is not free) Pleaset note. We do not accept returned items that show use in anyway. For example, Grease marks on item/packaging or signs of installation and starting of the engine. Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology say a new battery design for electric vehicles could be a lightweight and inexpensive alternative. The goal for the team's three-year project, launched in September 2010, is to have a functioning prototype ready to be engineered as a replacement for existing electric-car batteries. At this point in the project, the prototype uses a “semi-solid flow” to separate the two functions of a battery--storing energy and discharging it when needed--into separate physical structures.

Nissan LEAF hits 3000 sales in the UK
What can probably be considered the first properly convincing electric car – the Nissan LEAF – has clocked up 3,000 sales in the UK since it was launched in 2011. In terms of overall car sale in those two years it’s an insignificant fraction, but in terms of making the electric car a viable form of transport it’s a big milestone. The second generation LEAF – launched earlier in 2013 – moved Nissan’s EV game on a bit with a raft of improvements, and has sold 1300 in the UK in just the last six months,.
