If product is offered with “free shipping”, it's “free” to THE LOWER 48 US ONLY; AK and HI will cost extra. No international orders please.

We ship Monday-Friday. Your purchase usually ships within one business day after payment confirmation (excluding holidays). We can't ship to a PO Box, so please provide a valid physical address. No local pick up.
 
WARRANTY / GUARANTEE

WARRANTY - We warranty the product to be new (unless explicitly specified) and free of manufacturer defects for the period of 6 months. If you have a problem with the product, please contact us through eBay and include the original purchase information ( i.e. your name, address, email and purchase receipt number). Products are inspected and tested prior to shipping. If the product is damaged in transit or is not in working order, we will make it right (see “damages” below).
 
X-Gear products sold through EBay, carry a 6 Month Warranty. This warranty excludes wear-n-tear components, such as cables, synthetic ropes, rollers and hawse fairleads. Warranty claims will be serviced through repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs.
 
Please note that your payment receipt and eBay item number is your proof of warranty, so please print and keep these for your records.
 
Damage and Return Policy Damage Policy - If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately. We can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the damage. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company) and emailed to us within 3 days of delivery.
 
GUARANTEE – We guarantee that you will be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. To that extend, we will accept authorized returns on unused products during the 30 days after your purchase.

RETURNS - All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that you are responsible for returning the product in new, resalable condition. Unused means that the product has not be used in any way.  Returns must arrive unused in original packaging, complete with all accessories, user manuals and in the same condition we've sent it to you. If any original parts, accessories or documentation is used, damaged or missing, we may charge up to 50% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS - Items returned without authorization or items on which the customer refuses delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items that are returned damaged, used or not in original packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
