Shipping

We ship within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Larger items may take additional time if need to be crated or special packaging needed.

We ship only in the lower 48 states using USPS, UPS, or FEDEX depending on location.

A tracking number will be provided with every item shipped and buyer will receive an email with the tracking number the same day the item ships.

If item is paid for on a Friday item will ship on following Monday.

We try to provide free shipping on a lot of our items, however some items are so inexpensive and others may be too big and bulky to offer this service. The shipping fees on these types of items are almost always cheaper than the actual cost to ship it. We do this to try to stay competitive with other sellers.

The shipping price is for any buyers that live in the lower 48 states.

All payments MUST be made within 24 hours of auction end.

Our Promise to Buyers

Our promise to our buyers is that all of the parts that we sell are inspected and checked over to the best of our knowledge. If there are any issues with item it will be listed and described to the best of our knowledge so buyer is fully aware of any issues. We are not perfect and if there is an issue with anything we will do our best to resolve it. We have a return policy, refer to policy. We will provide many pictures of every item so buyer has a full understanding of what they are purchasing.

Return Policy

We accept returns and for any reason other than dings and scratches or you bought the wrong part.  All of our parts are in used condition and we tell u what it came off of and we detail this in all of our listings. If the buyer wishes to return the item because it doesnt function as it should they have 14 days to do so. We will issue a refund the buyer.  We do not refund shipping and buyer pays for the shipping to return the item.

****You must please notify us in advance of all returns for authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item.

If you receive the wrong item that will not fit the atv that we described in our listing, then we will gladly pay for return shipping.

Note to Buyer

Buyer must check fitment of part to make sure the item works on their bike. We usually will list if it does but it is buyer’s responsibility to check and we ARE NOT held liable if item does not fit your machine.

We will do anything within reason to make every transaction go perfect and smoothly but if for some reason it doesn’t contact us and we will do what it takes to make customer happy.
