Honda S2000 EGR and airpump delete kit.

I have put together a few of these kits after using this on my own s2000 and I am pleased to be able to offer this to our fellow s2000 owners.

The kit is for European, JDM, Asian, Africa and Australian s2000s only (USDM cars have a different system) and here’s a summary of what it does:

THIS KIT WON'T WORK ON USA S2000's !

Remove:
- Remove airpump (2.0 KG)
- Remove EGR on intake manifold
- Remove airpump to EGR piping
- Remove vacuum lines and metal bracket
- Remove plastic vacuum tank on cross member

Replace:
- Replace valve cover breather pipe
- Replace throttle body coolant pipe

And install:
- stainless steel EGR blank off plate
- Airpump dummy resistor
- Rubber cap for intake tube airpump connection
- Rubber cap for vacuum nipple on intake manifold

It’s a pretty straight forward job, I managed to get it all done in under 2 hours.
Save in total 4,0 KG of dead weight.

Airpumps can die or make a lot of noise. And give you a CEL.
If you have a CEL, this kit will delete your CEL
A new airpump is really expensive!
You don't need this EGR system on your car. You will still pass emissions with it.

Picture 1 is the NEW resistor with heatshrink you will receive. It replease the airpump
Picture 2 is the total EGR kit you receive
Picture 3 is all what comes out, near 4kg worth of pointless weight.
Picture 4 is were you replace the airpump with the resistance.
Picture 5 is were you remove the valve cover breather pipe and the throttle body coolant pipe (that horrible metal piece of pipe)
Picture 6 is the EGR cover installed.
And your done!

You dont need to remove the front bumper, you can reach the harness from the underside,
by removing 4 bolt from the plastic fender. You can move it a little and make enough space.

I will add a installation guide in the package, There's also an DIY on the S2ki board.

New 2013 Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible: Official

Wed, 02 Jan 2013

The Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible, the drop top version of the GT Speed, has been officially revealed ahead of a Detroit Auto Show debut. Just as expected, Bentley has transplanted all the goodies from the latest version of the GT Speed in to the GTC Speed, which means a fulsome 616bhp and 590lb/ft of torque from the delicious 6.0 litre W12 and, despite gaining more than 200kg to keep the huge Bentley stiff without its roof, the GT Speed Convertible manages to hustle to 62mph in 4.1 seconds – just a tenth slower than the tin-top Speed. That extra lard does have more impact as you head towards 100mph with the convertible taking 0.7 seconds more, but there’s not exactly a paucity of power on offer.

New 2015 Volvo XC90 – first exterior photo

Tue, 12 Aug 2014

The new Volvo XC90 (pictured) arrives in 2 weeks The reveal of the new 2015 Volvo XC90 is only two weeks away – although probably overdue by many years – and Volvo continue to pique our interest with more information on the new XC90. Top of Volvo’s information list this time is their new Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) which underpins the new mXC90, but in the process they have revealed the first exterior photo of the new XC90 (although the exterior has already been revealed), although it is only a front-end detail photo. What it does show is the XC90′s new headlights – complete with running lights Volvo has dubbed ‘Thor’s Hammer – which look similar to those found on a number of Volvo’s recent concepts, a much bigger grill than we’re used to seeing on a Volvo and a sculptured bonnet.
