I just acquired a 1972 Honda SL175 to part out, it has just 4,209 original miles on it and had been well stored. Here's the gauges, speedometer and tachometer and I wish all sets were this nice. These gauges are every bit as nice as they look but I'll point out the few flaws: Theres a faded spot on the bottom of the speedo dial face (see pic) and someone clipped the wiring to the light bulbs on the back of the tach (see pic). otherwise in excellent original condition - so many gauges got removed and trashed on the early 'enduro' bikes! Please verify that this part fits YOUR machine using your own resources BEFORE bidding - thanks! DeTomaso built 401 Mangusta sports cars from 1967 to 1971 before it was axed in favor of the ubiquitous Pantera--a styling step backward in the eyes of your humble author. The Mangusta formula was the same as that for Pantera: a Ford V8 engine (albeit a 302 rather than a 351C) midships in a sleek Italian body.
