Volvo V60 revealed officially

Mon, 05 Jul 2010

The Volvo V60 - bows in a bit early It doesn’t usuallt take too long once a new car is oured on the web in all its production-ready glory for the maker to bite the bullet and do an official reveal. Which is why we get the official Volvo V60 photo and information today – a bit earlier than Volvo had planned – after a Swedish car mag outed the new estate. In case you hadn’t cottoned on the Volvo V60 is the estate version of the Volvo S60, although it does seem as if Volvo is none too keen on us calling it an estate.

Volvo S60 Concept car (2008): first official photos

Mon, 24 Nov 2008

By Simon Stiel First Official Pictures 24 November 2008 11:41 Volvo today releases the first exterior photograph of its new S60 Concept car that will appear at the Detroit motor show in January 2009 – ahead of a showroom launch in 2010. Last month, teaser photographs revealed the interior of the S60 concept car, but now we’ve got a glimpse of its exterior lurking in the shadows. Some have criticised the S60 for looking too similar to the S80 and other Volvos and this new model is designed to address that. Volvo is seeking a racier image and, we hear, is setting its sights on the Audi A4 and BMW 3-series (a task its predecessor never cracked).

Lagonda SUV Concept - back on again To be honest, we’re not too sure that Lagonda was actually ‘Off’ after a rather disastrous debut at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show with their antimacassar-endowed, cushion-boasting Lagonda SUV Concept. We’d just assumed it. But if it was ‘Off’, it’s now back ‘On’ again.
