Wed, 16 Jun 2010The redesigned 2010 Saab 9-5 Aero sedan is big, filled with technology, and designed and engineered to compete with the Audi A6 and the Mercedes-Benz E-class sedans. “The new Saab demonstrates that we are alive and kicking,” said Victor Muller, CEO of Spyker Cars NV, the Dutch sports-car maker that purchased Saab from General Motors Co. in February.

It looks set to improve in a number of important areas when the 2010 Qashqai hits showrooms in March, and it seems that the great car buying public is in agreement as Nissan has just announced that they are to increase production at their plant in Sunderland to cope with demand for the new Qashqai. With all the grief in the car industry last year Nissan cut production back to two shifts in Sunderland.
