2015 Cadillac ATS-V spied chasing BMW M3

The Cadillac ATS was conceived as a BMW 3-series fighter, so it stands to reason that a hotter version of the rear-wheel drive sedan -- a Cadillac ATS-V -- would be called forth to challenge the mighty M3. New spy photos seem to show just that. Of course, this could be a case of a privately owned BMW M3 being in the right place at the right time, catching up with what appears to be a heavily camouflaged Cadillac ATS-V on the road somewhere outside metropolitan Detroit.

BMW has given the 7-series the mildest of mid-life facelifts for 2012 – with a series of cosmetic tidy-ups, fettled engines, extra kit and the UK's first hybrid 7-series. The ActiveHybrid7 isn't the most expensive 7-series (that's the 760Li at £101,805), but at £66,040 the petrol-electric saloon is some £8k pricier than the biggest-selling 730d. Timeless Chrysler classics debut at Amelia Island

Three decades of Chrysler concept cars from the '40s, '50s and '60s will be on display at the 19th annual Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance on March 9. The Thunderbolt roadster and Newport will be on hand to show off design elements inspired by the land-speed record duals of the 1930s in Bonneville. The Thunderbolt is being presented on behalf of the Driehaus Collection and the Newport will be provide by The National Automotive Museum of Reno, Nev.
