USA OPTIONAL CORE: It is not a must to return a core (your old lower unit). If you accept to return to us your old lower unit, we will credit back or refund $50.00 after we receive your old broken lower unit. We send you a UPS prepaid shipping label for you to ship the broken lower unit in the same box you will receive our lower unit. Just close the box, attached the label and give it to an UPS truck or UPS store. NOTE: If your lower unit is a special one or in great condition, and you do believe is worth over $50.00, let us know.

Registered service lock your package in a loocked container, can be traceable until delivery and provide delivery confirmation. The cost is $11.95 If you want to choose it let us know and we will send you a revised invoice for you to pay.

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS SUCH AS USPS PRIORITY, USPS PRIORITY MEDIUM OR LARGE FLAT RATE BOX provides tracking number that can be traceable.

We have never lost a package, but some customers get anxious not knowing where is the package or when it will arrive. USPS priority delivers 6-10 business days to most international places.

If you do not choose a service with tracking information and the package get lost or delay is your responsibility. We are responsible to deliver to USPS and to prove that USPS received and that the USPS website shows in the tracking page that the package was receipt and scanned by USPS
