Up for sale is a Complete Step-By-Step Tear Down then inspection and complete High Performance Stage 2 (up to 450HP) or Stage 3 (Above 450HP) rebuild of a 1969-1986 TH350, TH350C, TH375, or TH250 Transmission. This isn’t a little 25 minute film, but a full length movie because it is about 2 hours and 15 minutes long. (135 minutes) I will show you how to modify parts inside the transmission to have the strongest gear holding and torque capacities. I go through a complete install of a Transgo shift kit / Valve body reprogramming kit, how to machine the pistons to be able to have the most clutches in each of the clutch packs. Not only does this DVD do all the performance sections of the transmission, but it also includes the tear down and rebuild of all the following items; the entire valve body including all of the valves, the direct drum, the input/forward drum, all of the clutch packs and pressure plates, the roller clutches, the servo assembly, all of the seals including how to use a lip seal installer tool (that can be purchased on ebay pretty cheap), how to do a dry clutch pack test for all of the packs when they are still out of the transmission (very helpful so that if there is a damaged or missing seal or even if there is a crack you will be able to find it before putting the rest of the transmission back together therefore saving you lots of time and more importantly money), check ball placement valve body and separator plate, accumulator assembles, complete front pump rebuild, how to check the clutch pack clearances and total unit end play and it tells you what they should be set at, how to inspect all of the crucial internal parts with just some emery paper a straight edge and a feeler gauge, it will even show you how to do some simple modifications that should be done to it to help your transmission with common drivability problems, and it even gives you ALL of the torque specs that you will need. This video makes all of the ATSG manuals obsolete because to cover all of the different TH350’s that you would normally need several manuals that can cost you a big chunk of change, and still you will not get the visual aid that this video gives the user.

All in all this video with help anyone with an average amount of technical automotive skills to do a complete rebuild with great results while using basic hand tools. They are Region free DVDs and it is in a DVD+R format so they are playable on all quality standard DVD players in ANY country. You will not find this DVD anywhere else. As for picture quality of this DVD if 1 was absolutely horrible, a 5 is a standard VHS tape quality and a 10 was an ultra high quality DVD movie that you would rent from blockbuster, then I would give these an 8.5 which means that is has a very high clearly and you can see everything and just to show you, the image for this auction is a REAL screen shot. Finally, while editing, I was able to reduce and or cut out completely shadows in dark areas, and bright reflections off of shinny parts and can distort the images that other ebay sellers normally leave in, I did this because I feel it sometimes deprives the viewer from important information.

The transmission that is completely rebuilt in the video is a 1971 TH350 so all of the information that is presented in the DVD can also be applied to the TH350C, the TH375 and the TH250 which is a lightweight variant of the TH350 transmission family.

Q: Is my item Shipped out yet? Because you have not contacted me. A: I have NEVER not sent out an item, there is no need to check up on this end of the transaction, everything will be taking care of, I only contact the buyer if there is a problem.

Q: What if I Do Not buy insurance and the item gets destroyed in the mail? A: If you Do Not buy insurance and something like that happens, then I will not do anything, I’m not the post office, so I do not have any power or control over what happens with the items after they leave my hands, Now if you DO buy insurance, then I will do my best to right the situation.

 Q: Can I have the Tracking number for this item, so that I know when it is going to get here?  A: I do not use an actual tracking number, I use delivery confirmation, which just tells if the item has been delivered yet, it does not give a ...to be delivered on day/time... and it does not say where it is at this moment in time. If you live in the USA then paypal will have sent you an email with the subject ...Your item has been sent using Paypal... and it has all the information in it like the confirmation number, who it was sent out with, the weight of the item, and the day that it was sent out on. Once your item is in the hands of the post office, then I no longer have any say in how fast it moves, I have a great feedback rating because I have never screwed any Ebayers over by not sending out their item and I am not planning to start doing that.
