CAR interviews McLaren Group CEO Ron Dennis (2014)

Tue, 17 Jun 2014

By Gavin Green Motor Industry 17 June 2014 09:44 It seems 903bhp may not be enough. Ron Dennis – back in charge of McLaren Group as CEO after two years of hands-off frustration – confides that some owners of the P1 hypercar are demanding ‘something a bit more edgy’. Ford C-Max at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

Fri, 04 Sep 2009

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 04 September 2009 00:01 This is our first look at the new Ford Focus family – in C-Max, midi-MPV form. Now called just the straightforward C-Max, having dropped the Focus part of its name, the new car will be shown at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show. However, there’s still quite a long wait until you can actually buy the new C-Max – it won’t roll into Blue Oval dealers until autumn 2010, when it will pitch into battle with the Renault Scenic and Vauxhall Zafira.

Citroen DS3 at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

Mon, 24 Aug 2009

By Tim Swietochowski First Official Pictures 24 August 2009 11:37 Citroen has unveiled the production version of its DS3, which will be displayed for the first time at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show. It is a brave decision by Citroen to revive the DS badge – standing for déesse (or goddess) and first seen on the pioneering 1950s DS. Based on the next C3, the DS3 is the first of a new range of ‘near-premium’ models, which will eventually include posher DS4 and DS5 derivatives based on future C4 and C5 models.
