Lamborgini Jota (or nota Jota) Tease 5. Or Tease 6
Tue, 28 Sep 2010Jota Tease 6 Well, isn’t it getting exciting? You might consider – as we probably wrongly did – that the tease for Lamborghni’s Paris surprise started back in June when Lamborghini sent us a photo which said ‘Coming Soon…’ across a photo of a bonnet in shadow with the Lamborghini badge in light. Or you could consider that the more recent batch of tease photos started with what we called the Jota tease 2 earlier this month.
Top Gear Tonight: Burma Road Trip part 2
Sun, 16 Mar 2014Top Gear continues its Road Trip across Burma tonight In best Top Gear tradition, series 21 ended up just five episodes long, with last weeks episode being the first part of the Top Gear Christmas Special road trip through Burma. Tonight’s Top Gear – which you can think of as episode 7 of series 21 – is part two of the much delayed 2013 Christmas Special with the boys picking up where they left off last week, heading through Burma on the way to Thailand and the River Kwai. Having got to grips with their less than cutting edge lorries and suffered the Burmese equivalent of truckers’ overnight truck stops, Clarkson, May and Hammond are now heading further in to uncharted territory – certainly for Western Media – as they head towards Thailand and the River Kwai.
CAR journalist wins top award
Fri, 21 Dec 2007By Ben Pulman Motor Industry 21 December 2007 08:42 CAR's associate editor Tim Pollard has won the industry's Journalist of the Year award 2007. He scooped the prestigious gong at the annual Guild of Motoring Writers awards ceremony at the RAC Club in London for his magazine scoop on the McLaren P11 (the cover story of CAR October 2007). The judges praised Pollard's investigative journalism, which uncovered a dossier of facts, sketches and details of the new junior supercar from the Woking road car and racing specialist.
