BMW Group unveils in-car G-force and tea-drinking engine
Tue, 01 Apr 2014BMW AND Mini have today unveiled pioneering new technologies that produce artificial G-force and even let an engine run on tea leaves. But the style-conscious needn’t worry, because the German firm has also patented AirNet, the world’s first in-car hair protection technology.
Range Rover Evoque Sport back in the news
Fri, 04 May 2012Range Rover Evoque Sport - back in the news The Range Rover Evoque Sport is back in the news after Land Rover design director Gerry McGovern hinted at it in Beijing. Even if David Mitchell hadn’t confessed his pimped ride it would still have been a very sensible assumption that Land Rover would add a Range Rover Evoque Sport to the range at some point.
Land Rover Discovery 4 (2010): first official photos
Wed, 08 Apr 2009By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 08 April 2009 00:01 Land Rover is today unveiling a family of gently chiselled full-size 4x4s – think of it as Solihull’s answer to the changing zeitgeist and the next step in Land Rover’s greening of its range. The new Discovery gains a clean new diesel and can now claim a 30mpg average; there’s also a new interior and an exterior facelift – enough to warrant a new Discovery 4 badge. The big news under the bonnet of Discovery 4 is the arrival of the new Jaguar Land Rover 3.0-litre V6 diesel.
