Brand new and in sealed, original packaging. Purchased online as a replacement for one I thought I lost and it arrived about 30 seconds after I found the original. No returns offered from retailer. This is only the mounting hardware and mount for the transducer (DOES NOT CONTAIN THE TRANSDUCER). It is for attaching a humminbird fishfinder transducer to a transom.
