Brand new genuine Hurst jam nut in 16mm x 1.50 thread for Hurst classic knobs and T-handles with the stock OE knob threads found on 1983-2002 Chevy Camaro and Pontiac Firebird w/ 5 and 6 speed manual trans.  If you have an aftermarket shifter or stick, be sure to know what threads you have.  This does not fit Hurst chrome sticks- see my other listings.  I also have Hurst knob jam nuts in many other thread sizes in SAE and Metric, as well as thread adapters if you are adapting a knob, email me to request.

Used car sales hit record high

USED CAR SALES were at their highest in five years in 2013. There was a 0.9% increase in used car trades, with more than 6.8 million exchanges of ownership recorded, though this is still some way behind the previous record high of 7.8 million used car sales in 2008. Analysis from Experian shows cars aged nine years old or over were among the strongest performers in the used car market, with sales up 6% in 2013 compared to the previous year.

Former auction-house owner Kruse facing Pennsylvania theft charge

Former auction house owner Dean Kruse surrendered to northern Indiana authorities last week to face a theft charge in Pennsylvania, where he is accused of failing to pay a man $38,000 for selling an antique hearse. The Associated Press, citing The Herald Republican of Angola, Ind., said that Kruse, 69, was released Aug. 31 from the DeKalb County Jail in Auburn, Ind., after posting a $5,000 bond.
