This is a 1985 Hurth ZF Marine HBW100 transmission that came off a Perkins 4-108 engine and is in pieces. The clutch plates are shot and it needs seals. Everything else seems to be there, but with no absolute guarantee. This is for the full set of parts as seen in the photos. You could either use as parts, casing and gears are good. Or purchase a master rebuilt kit and you will have a working transmission.

Fri, 12 Nov 2010The Range Rover Evoque 5 Door Video Although it’s good to see Land Rover being proactive with releasing information in response to web activity (the single image of the 5 door Evoque they released after it got papped at Paris, for example) we wonder if they’re in danger of having no dry powder left for the offical reveal of the 5 door Evoque at the LA Motor Show next month. Yesterday we had a decent gallery of photos of the 5 door Evoque and a press release to go with it. True, the press release didn’t tell us a lot more than we already knew, but it did give us information about the extra room in the 5 door and the MagneRide suspension.

Thu, 25 Aug 2011The Aston Martin V12 Zagato Production Car We’ve had lots of Aston Martin V12 Zagato goodness over the last few months, from the first showing at Villa d’Este all the way up to the revealation (as if there was any doubt) that the V12 Zagato would go in to limited production. But so far all we’ve really has is the track version of the Zagato. Even at the V12 Zagato’s reveal at Villa d’Este it was still the track version – just without its great big back wing.
