Return Policy

Damage Policy
Once shipped, the item is out of USA SuperSale's control and is the responsibility of the carrier. If shipment damage occurs enroute to buyer a claim will be filed by USASuperSale upon notification by seller. Notification must be sent to USA SuperSale within 48 hours of receipt of item. Notification after this 48 hours will result in loss of claim and monetary consideration for damage. It's a product of Merc's Los Angeles design studio, and they prefer to describe it as an 'Ultralight vehicle at one with nature.' The Biome was produced as part of the Los Angeles Design Challenge, taking part alongside the 2010 LA auto show.

BMW M5 Nighthawk special edition revealed in Japan

BMW has released a special limited edition of the M5 for the Japanese market called the Nighthawk. The special run of just 10 examples will feature a matte paint BMW calls "Frozen Black," which will extend to the 20-inch wheels fitted on the car. Other custom touches will include a blacked-out grille, with the Frozen black paint on a number of exterior details.
