Aston Martin CC100 open 2 seater on the way
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Aston Martin has revealed it is to build a limited run of two exclusive CC100 Roadsters to celebrate its centenary year. Aston Martin’s last ‘Limited Edition’ was the £1 million plus One-77 which helped Aston put some much needed funds in their bank account. The One-77 was a custom made car with a custom made price but now, with Aston Martin celebrating its centenary year this year, they’re about to build a new concept car – the Aston Martin CC100 – that’s based on the V12 Vantage but with an open roadster body.
Zagato V12 triumphs at Villa d'Este
Mon, 23 May 2011The Aston Martin V12 Zagato was victorious at this year's Concorso d’Eleganza at Villa d’Este, winning the Design Award for Concept Cars and Prototypes. The modern interpretation of the iconic DB4GT Zagato fought off competition from ten other entries including BMW’s 328 Hommage, Audi’s Quattro concept and the James Glickenhaus P4/5 Competizione Ferrari. BMW confirms X4 production
Thu, 22 Sep 2011BMW has confirmed plans for an X4 SUV, a spokesman told Autoweek. As the name implies, the ute would slot in between the X3 and the X5 and likely get an M variant. BMW would distinguish the X4 from the other models with a bolder face and perhaps a curvier body--much in the manner in which the X6 stands out from the rest of the SUV line.
