We have another used Hyperco Coil-over Spring. It is close to: 2.50" inside diameter. This sold new for around $68.00, so please bid accordingly. As with all items, it may have dings, dents, scratches and other flaws. Look at the pictures and you decide. We will combine shipping too based on total weight and size of the box or boxes whenever possible. Ask for combined invoice AFTER you are done buying for the day. Do not pay individually. There is a place to request your total from seller AFTER you are done buying. Do not pay ebay's automatic invoice, it is almost always way too high. We will send the correct invoice after we weigh all the items you win. WE CANNOT COMBINE ON BIG ITEMS LIKE TIRES AND WHEELS AND ON SOME BULKY ITEMS. Local pickup in Monmouth, Illinois is always free, no phony pickup fees like some other ebay sellers. Keep in mind ebay now charges sellers a final value fee on every item for shipping. We now end up only getting around 70% of the item now. I think this is wrong that ebay does this. Ebay makes the rules, not sellers. The U.S. House on Tuesday narrowly passed a scaled-back version of a bill that would give consumers cash vouchers of between $3,500 and $4,500 if they trade in their cars for newer, more fuel-efficient vehicles. The $1 billion cash-for-guzzlers proposal, modeled after successful programs in Germany and other European countries, is part of a $106 billion supplemental spending measure designed mostly to fund the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The 2014 Chevrolet Spark EV has been named the most fuel-efficient vehicle by the EPA and the Department of Energy in a new ranking for 2014. The Spark EV returns a combined 119 mpg equivalent, achieving 128 mpg in the city and 109 mpg on the highway. Chevrolet's pure-electric hatch displaced last year's chart topper, the Scion 2013 iQ EV, with its 121 mpg equivalent rating, but the Scion is not offered for the 2014 model year, so it didn't make the list for the U.S.

Car-rental company Hertz has added electric vehicles to its fleet in San Francisco, available to members of the Hertz On Demand program. Renters can choose from the Nissan Leaf, the Smart EV or the Mitsubishi "i". Rentals include an in-car connection to the 24-hour member care center, where drivers can get information on charging stations, alternate drop-off points or roadside assistance.
