Icebox Cooling Systems by Congleton Service

CS-NAS1

Land Rover V8 engines run hot. If you have an NAS Defender 90 or 110 you know all about this. Our custom made "Icebox" High Capacity Radiators are a direct fit and are designed to keep your Land Rover running cool - no matter if you are idling in heavy traffic with the air conditioning on or rock crawling in the Moab desert heat. We have professionally engineered our aluminum radiators to provide significantly better cooling efficiency than the genuine Land Rover radiator. These aluminum units are also much lighter than the original. Our line of ICEBOX radiators and oil coolers are a common request at our facility, and can be found in many Defenders throughout the United States! We have designed our radiators to be a direct replacement for your stock radiator- no chopping or drilling necessary, making this an easy at-home replacement for the average Land Rover enthusiast. Factory oil-cooler lines screw right in, and we are also happy to offer Stainless Braided AN Lines for added piece of mind.

Congleton Service radiators use a highly efficient atmosphere controlled brazing process and are fully TIG welded by hand!
