A Highland coated canvas body uparmored with premium leather paneling, the ICON 1000 Beltway is the epitome of command and control. A unique belted rear adjustment system keeps the front free of obstructions while providing a waisted fit. The #10 tactical black oxide YKK® main zipper is covered with a magnetic closure storm flap. Patch-on cargo pockets with leather reinforcements and a removable chest ID tag complete the Beltway program. The 2014 Jeep Cherokee – a replacement for the Jeep Liberty – has been revealed ahead of a debut at the 2013 New York Auto Show in April. So when Jalopnik published some less than good looking photos of the new Jeep Cherokee yesterday, the PR machine at Jeep went in to overdrive to bring forward the release of official photos of the new Cherokee, to hopefully stem the less than flattering comments on the new Cherokee’s looks. So here we have Jeep’s new, smaller SUV come crossover in all its glory.

Carmel kicks off concours craziness

Consider the Monterey car week begun! The Carmel-by-the-Sea Concours-on-the-Avenue launched with its best-ever crowd and what many were calling the best-ever show for the free-to-the-public event held every Tuesday before the Pebble Beach Concours on Ocean Avenue in Carmel. Eighteen blocks total were shut to traffic and jammed with collector cars, everything from classic 911s celebrating that car's 50th anniversary to Ferraris, Trans Am racers and a whole block of Shelby Cobras.
