But Chevy has finally got it together and the new Aveo will arrive in a Chevrolet showroom near you (if there’s a Chevy showroom near you, that is) in January – a full two years since Chevy rolled out the new Aveo concept at Detroit at the start of 2010. Thu, 11 Mar 2010When we first heard about this show, we figured it would be all famous cars from famous movies: the real Bullitt Mustang, the real Herbie, the real pod racer from Star Wars. While there were some actual movie cars at the first show of the newly minted Television/Motion Picture Car Club--including the Charger from Fast & Furious and a real Dukes of Hazzard General Lee--the majority of the wheels were tribute cars made by fans who happened to work in the movie industry. The only Star Wars car was a converted Honda Civic Del Sol with a stuffed green Yoda riding shotgun.

Mon, 03 Oct 2011Land Rover has add a warranty program for certified pre-owned-vehicle buyers in North America. Beginning on Oct. 1, Land Rover Select CPO buyers get a six-year/100,000-mile warranty, 24-hour roadside assistance, a 150-point inspection and no deductible on their vehicles.
