Crazy self-driving Rinspeed XchangE concept for Geneva 2014 debut

You can rely upon Swiss concept specialists Rinspeed to release something suitably crazy on the run up to their home Geneva Motor Show – and 2014 is no different, it appears. This is the Rinspeed XchangE, a self-driving autonomous car that shows "what will move us tomorrow," according to the firm; it’s "the office and living room on wheels." Natch. Chevrolet Trax is a rebadged Opel / Vauxhall Mokka

Chevrolet Trax - arrives at Paris in September The Chevrolet Trax – a compact SUV – has been revealed and will make its debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show.  We’ve already seen the Buick Encore in the US become the Opel and Vauxhall Mokka in Europe, and now it’s to morph again in to the Chevrolet Trax, a compact SUV for GM to sell under another brand. GM has revealed that Chevrolet take on the Encore/Mokka will arrive at the 2012 Paris Motor Show in September before going on sale in the UK and Europe – and 140 countries around the world – in spring 2013. With Chevrolet planning the Trax as a world car it seems likely that the engines on offer will be a mix of those found in the Buick Encore and the Vauxhall Mokka.

Gordon Murray Design T25 (2010) first official pictures

This is Gordon Murray's new city car, the T25. Although previously scooped by CAR as long as two years ago, these are the first official pictures of the Gordon Murray Design T25 that its makers claim will revolutionise car design, manufacturing and even the way we drive. He did indeed design the seminal McLaren F1 and still hopes to build another one, but in the meantime the T25 is designed for the more humble motorist.  Gordon Murray Design is keen to promote itself as a leader in downsizing, both in terms of the physical footprint of the car and engine size.
