Your big Chev may have a different but similar clip. Different plants and different supply line timeframes may have placed a different clip on your car.
Three clip styles were used on these models before 2 were discontinued and a 1 size fits all became standard. These clips are period correct as per GM docs 11.209 and 10.096 from 1967.

GM used many types of clips on the trim throughout the years. Some are nylon, some metal. Your vehicle may have 1 , 2 or 3 types for your model year. Also if the car was repainted and the trim removed, a substitute may be in place.

Different asembly plants used different clips at times. Nylon is not the best. Metal may be preferred as it holds the trim down better but can rust. Nylon breaks from drying out.

On the A body GM I have seen 6 different part numbers for the same vehicle. Camaros used at least 3 for the same body.

Clip styles varied from year-to-year. Please make sure to match up the correct clips with the ones that come off your "specific" car.Powered by eBay Turbo Lister

Conceptually, the Roadster offers no surprises, but its spec is no less breath-taking and its looks truly put the super into supercar. Named after the power output of its uprated V12 in PS, the LP640 has numerous cosmetic tweaks including revised rear lamps and bespoke 18inch rims, and a thorough engineering overhaul.

Buy a 50th Anniversary FIA 289 Shelby Cobra today

By 1964, Shelby had grown too big for its American britches with its 289 Cobra. It had dominated almost every single race of the United States Road Racing Championship for the past three years, defeating its archrival Corvette at every turn. Two Cobras had been entered in the 1963 Le Mans; one did not finish, but the entry entered by AC Cars, with Stirling Moss running the team, placed sixth overall.
