How does this item install?
  • These visors install inside the window channel. Clean the contact area and remove the adhesive covering. Place them in the channel and you are good to go.
  • Instructions are included.

  • If you have the automatic safety feature you may need to install a little differently. You'll need to help push the window up into the channel while rolling it up, and may want to pull out on the visor too. After a few tries the window will stay up. Once there, leave the window up for 72 hours (this is essential for the rubber to form around the visor). After this the window shouldn't have a problem rolling up with the visor there.

Land Rover fomalizes deal with off-road partner Bowler

Land Rover finalized a deal with Bowler on Thursday that formalizes an existing arrangement as Bowler—a U.K.-based builder of rally raid cars—has been a working with Land Rover for more than a decade. Bowler competition vehicles will now compete with “Powered by Land Rover” badges, a slogan that will also be highlighted in customer and marketing events. Bowler will also get access to Land Rover parts and benefit from “technical and development support” from the firm.

Car Design China Award winner benefits from Umeå placement

One of this year's Car Design China Award winners won the prize of a visit to Sweden's Umeå Institute of Design to mix with and work alongside other young aspiring designers and learn new skills using some of the latest technology available. Tsinghua University's Yulian Wu, who won the award for Best Luxury Concept along with partner Liu Kefeng at this year's awards, was welcomed to the school when he arrived on 25 September with the traditional welcome party for all new students. Umeå's program director for Transportation Design Demian Horst's first impression of Wu was a positive one.
