CAR interviews Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo (2010)
Fri, 03 Dec 2010CAR recently interviewed Luca di Montezemolo, chairman of Ferrari. He's one of the most established names in the supercar arena, having started with Ferrari in 1973 as founder Enzo’s assistant and grand prix team manager. After winning two world championships with Nikki Lauda in 1975 and 1977, he left to head the organisation responsible for staging the 1990 football World Cup in Italy.
Alfa Romeo Zagato TZ3 Stradale
Wed, 04 May 2011Following on from the Villa d'Este Design Concept Award-winning TZ3 Corsa, Zagato has announced the production of nine more TZ3 models. Unlike the 8C-based TZ3 Corsa, the new Stradale will be based on a Dodge Viper ACR platform and V10 drivetrain, making it the 'first American Alfa Romeo' according to Zagato. The car is said to be a tribute to Alfa Romeo and Zagato's street legal heritage, and continues the line of cars that ended with the S.Z.
BASF MySetta concept showcases industry-leading automotive applications

Starting with the iconic 1958 BMW Isetta 250 ‘bubble car', a team led by project co-ordinator Guido Gabriel modified the chassis, body and interior using BASF paints, fabrics and flexible foams. As well as showcasing BASF's automotive applications, the MySetta project demonstrates how they can be used to create striking fashion products such as shoes, coats and handbags; and accessories like a picnic hamper and portable stereo.
