Shipping Policies:

·         We ship with the USPS Monday through Friday. 99% of the time anything ordered and paid by 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) is shipped the same day.

·         Tracking information is e-mailed when item is shipped. We use USPS or UPS ground deliver within 2 - 5 business days. For larger items, Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to arrive

·         Schedule for Tracking Numbers: 1-5 business days

·         Shipping, for all transactions, is ONE business day after clearance of payment. .

·         We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or USA holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

·         During the months of November, December and January we experience high volumes of orders and processing times may be up to 2-3 business.  Delivery time may also change during the holiday season for UPS Ground and USPS service. Check with those carriers for their delivery schedules. Please make sure to place your orders and submit payment as soon as possible so that your order may be shipped out in a timely manner.

·         APO/AFO must include a telephone number in order to process  and ship your order.

International Buyers Must Read:

• Items ship USPS Priority
• If you are planning to buy more that one item. Please let us know before in advance to help you minimized your shipping cost. Wait for the invoice that way we can insured all your purchase together as one.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted “Only” if item is not as described or there is a major mistake in the listing.
• Should this occur we will exchange your item or your money back (buyer’s choice)
• Should this occur we will send you a return shipping label and refund all payments.
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your return request, questions or concerns.
• Allow 14 days delivery time for "lost" claim.
• Photos of damage are required to initiate refund.
