The $51,995* sticker for the coupe, which is expected to hit showrooms by September, is just 1,400 bucks more than the current model, even with its more powerful engine, better fuel economy and vastly improved interior. Ford collaborates with DIY workshop for Detroit location

Having joined forces with Ford, TechShop is scheduled to launch one of its open-access facilities in the Motor City this winter. The facility will provide artists and inventors with machinery they might not otherwise have access to, like sheetmetal equipment, CNC plasma cutters and three-dimensional printers.
Lexus reveals 2013 GS sedan, launches new styling direction
Thu, 18 Aug 2011Lexus on Thursday pulled the wraps off the redesigned 2013 GS sedan, revealing a sharper look that was previewed last spring with the LF-Gh concept car. The 2013 Lexus GS rides on a new rear-drive platform, although the car's wheelbase and exterior dimensions are nearly identical to the current car. Under the hood is a 3.5-liter V6 rated at 306 hp and 277 lb-ft of torque--marginally better than the output of the current Lexus GS 350.
