Update: Vettel has been relegated to the back of the grid for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as he didn’t have enough fuel in his car for a fuel sample to be taken. They were not roped off, and the enthusiastic but respectful attendees were free to get as close as they wanted to better admire and take photographs of them. But this was only the beginning.
