Warranty Information

Important Information about the Limited 30-Day Warranty

Our parts have been inspected first for working condition and also for cosmetic appearance. This part may show some signs of wear relevant to its age and usage, which may include, but not be limited to: exterior dents and scratches, grease or dirt present, missing mounting bolts or screws, missing connecting screws or bolts, connecting wires or wire harness.  Furthermore, we will disclose anything we notice if there is any light damage or abnormal wear.  All of our parts are covered by our standard 30 day (one time parts only) warranty from the date of purchase, except as otherwise noted. This parts-only warranty in no way extends to other parts or property in the event the original part purchased leaks or fails. Parts exchanged under warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period from the original date of purchase. Commercial or fleet use of any parts automatically voids any and all warranties. What constitutes commercial use is solely determined by the seller.

You need to match your original unit with our pictures or part numbers to ensure compatibility. Furthermore, we recommend you consult with a dealership or licensed mechanic, before you plan to use this part for a vehicle outside of what is listed as a compatible vehicle.  We will NOT warranty any part used in a vehicle, other than what is described it should be used for in this auction.

(Our warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged or become defective within the warranty period)

Shipping

Our standard shipping method for small packages and envelopes will be via the U.S. Postal Service. We reserve the right to use alternate shipping carriers, such as FedEx or UPS, where pricing or other shipping considerations deem necessary, or for any reason as determined by the seller. 

We REQUIRE a valid phone number for ALL sales BEFORE any shipping.

All of the above fees are chargeable to the buyer and under certain circumstances could be valid reasons for not getting and expected return of funds from an eBay return.

Shipping and Freight Charges are Non-Refundable

All shipping and freight fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Free Local Pickup Available

If you are in the local area, (The Upstate Area of South Carolina) and wish to pick up your purchased item in person we are happy to assist you. There is no fee for local pick up. It’s free, and we have forklifts available to assist in loading.

Local Delivery Charge:

If you are in the local area, (The Upstate South Carolina Area) and wish to have us deliver your item, we can provide that service for you.  The seller will determine the charge for delivery, if any, at the time of purchase.

Please be advised that local sales tax will be applicable when picking up locally.

We also will require the following information, before releasing the item at the time of pick up:

*     Valid and Current Identification of the Buyer

*     A Copy of the Purchase Confirmation Letter, which Comes via Email

For your protection, if these two requirements are not met, we will not release your part.

Exclusions for Shipping (Freight)

Here is a list of our exclusions for shipping or freighting:

*     Cannot ship to AFO APO Military Addresses

*     Cannot Ship to a P.O. Box Address.

*     Shipping Available Only in the 48 Contiguous United States

*     No International Shipping

Payment and Checkout

eBay Sales

All eBay sales require PayPal as our accepted method payment, and no other payment method will be accepted when making a purchase from eBay. 

We expect immediate payment once you have committed to buying this part, so please be sure ALL of your questions have been answered before purchasing this item. Furthermore, after 7 days, ANY unpaid auction wins will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) through eBay and immediate cancelation.

Local Sales

If you are in the local area (The Upstate South Carolina Area) and are picking up your purchased item from us at our parts counter in Laurens, South Carolina, we accept various payment methods.

Returns

eBay Returns

All eBay sales have a return policy of 30 days, for any reason. 

The only consideration after 30 days for any return is a warranty issue and those are handled on a case by case basis.

All shipping fees or freight charges are completely non-refundable for any reason.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period, we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part, or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied to items that are NOT covered by warranty and for parts that are NOT defective. Also, as previously noted above, all shipping costs will not be refunded. Furthermore, the buyer pays for shipping the part back.

If you buy this item by mistake, or you were thinking it was for another model, or that it might work in a different car other than what is displayed for the models it is designed for, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, before shipping. Furthermore, if the part you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle, we may ask you for a digital picture and your vehicle’s VIN number so we can properly assist you.

Liability

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of any merchandise. Any limitations contained herein does not apply where prohibited by law.

Safety

All used merchandise must be inspected by the Buyer for defects and/or safety hazards. Seller states that they in now way guarantees or give any express or implied warranty for any merchandise exchanged or sold in this transaction. Seller affirmatively states that all merchandise may have safety hazards. Seller specifically makes no warranty, express or implied, for any apparent or non-apparent safety hazards. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer or his agent to inspect the merchandise for actual or latent safety hazards
