The Chevrolet Corvette's five-year reign as the pace car for the Indianapolis 500 has come to an end. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway said on Thursday that the pace car for this year's race will be the reborn Chevrolet Camaro. The pace Camaro is painted silver with red graphics.

Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Roadster Pebble Beach debut With Pebble Beach looming this month we’ll be getting plenty of high-end debuts and expensive four-wheeled works of art art to drool over. We’ve already had the news that Jaguar Land Rover will be debuting 3 cars from the new Special Operations Division – the Range Rover Sport SVR, Jaguar F-Type Project 7 and Jaguar Lightweight E-Type – and now we learn Aston Martin will have a couple of treats for Pebble visitors too. Former Bertone and Pininfarina designer, Jason Castriota, has opened his own design consultancy based in New York and Turin. CDN recently caught up with Castriota - who is currently in New York - and discovered he's already working on a series of projects, despite having not yet officially launched the company. Castriota told us that it had always been his "dream to have my own consultancy in New York", yet what's clearly pleasing him most is the volume of work he's already accrued, without officially launching the firm.
