INTERNATIONAL TRUCK STEERING COLUMN FLOOR SEAL NOS. IH# 77359R1. This is a New Rubber Steering Column Floor Seal I acquired in a Former IH Truck Dealership Parts Stock. Unfortunately I do not have the parts catalogs to be able to identify what years and models this is correct for. I can tell you most of the items I have identified range from the 1930's to Early 1970's. The Seal is 3 1/2" Wide at Widest Point. Needs some cleanup, but otherwise in Nice Condition. Great item for your Truck Restoration or for a RatRod or Custom HotRod Project.
