Up for bid is a pair of Interstate Leather Motorcycle Chaps with Harley Davidson Patches. There is minor fraying on the belt and one side of the waist. All zippers move freely and all snaps operate correctly. The inseam is 32" and waist belt can be adjusted. They are marked XL but the legs seem a little slim cut. There is no cracking of the leather that I can detect. Included are 2007 Sturgis bikers cap. There is a Harley Davidson Ribbon Patch on the left thigh and a Harley Davidson Soft tail Patch on on the right knee. Please review pictures carefully, all sales are final. The new Porsche Macan gets pride of place in Harrods’ window. Harrods display windows have become a happy stomping ground for car makers in recent years, with everyone from MINI to Hyundai (here and here) taking up prime Harrods real estate to showcase their latest cars. Now its the turn of Porsche to get their newest cars on display to Harrods’ customers and passing Londoners and visitors as they take over a window until 5th February.

By Nick Gibbs Motor Industry 07 July 2008 14:30 BMW will launch a hybrid petrol version of the newly unveiled 7-series in 2009, but admits it’s more for green-leaning V8 addicts than seriously eco-aware bosses. Even with the latest lithium-ion batteries, the forthcoming 4.4-litre V8 petrol-electric version will struggle to match the astonishing 39.2mpg and 192g/km of CO2 of the new six-cylinder diesel, especially when BMW will launch stop-start technology for the whole range within two years. The hybrid is likely to cost several thousand more than the £65,000 it’s estimated you’ll need to buy the regular, twin-turbo 750i that goes on sale in November 2008.

Looking for just a little something extra to jazz up the 2011 Ford Mustang GT? Ford has an answer--a dealer-installed package named RTR that upgrades the suspension, adds bigger wheels and sorta subtle exterior stripes. Ford says the RTR had the input of drifting race star Vaughn Gittin Jr.
