Payment:

We must receive cleared and confirmed payment via PayPal before shipping. This means that we must confirm that the address provided by the buyer on eBay must match the buyer’s PayPal shipping address on their account. Under no circumstances that we will ship your order(s) if the address does not match the address that is confirmed by PayPal. (This is for your protection and our protection as well)

Shipping:

We must receive cleared payments through PayPal before shipment. We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx Ground for shipping. The weight, measurements, and the type of product will determine whether we will use USPS or FedEx Ground. Typically, we will use the United States Postal Service on most of our items. If a shipping method is preferred, the buyer must notify the company within four (4) hours of placing the order and he/she must pay any additional charges involved.

Item Return Policy:

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping the item back. Strong Vibes Technology accepts returns and exchanges within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. You must notify the company of this request via a message on eBay within that fourteen (14) days duration. If the item is defective and/or damaged while with the carrier or we made a mistake on the order (for example; wrong item, wrong color), we will pay for the return shipping. HOWEVER, if the buyer, for any reasons, changes their mind and wants to return the item, he/she will be responsible for the return shipping. We may ask for a picture if the buyer indicates that there are damages on the item. (Pictures may be used for filling carriers’ claims purpose)

Refund Policy:

Strong Vibes Technology must receive the item(s) back from the buyer before a refund is issued. Under no circumstances, that we will issue a refund if the item(s) has not been received, only exception to this policy is if the item was lost in transit with the carrier, is when we will refund the buyer if he/she chooses this option. Please allow one (1) business day to process the return and to issue the refund back to the buyer’s PayPal account before receiving the item(s).
