This style "flat bottomed" jiffy/kickstand was introduced on Sportsters about 1982, but is a great improvement on earlier model "Ironheads" and "K's", right back to 1952. Mounts exactly the same and is an oem part ! No more sinking in the tar kicking those magneto-equipped "XLCH" Sportsters either. Overall length is thirteen inches. Mounting pin included. NO PAYPAL. Ecclestone wants to bring the noise
Tue, 18 Mar 2014FORMULA ONE supremo Bernie Ecclestone has vowed to address growing concerns surrounding the sport's lack of an appealing noise. Following Sunday's season-opening Australian Grand Prix, Ron Walker, chairman of the organising company that stages the race, complained to close friend Ecclestone about the lack of sound. The piercing scream of the old V8 engine has gone, and in its place we now have a huskier tone, complete with whistles and whirrs from the 1.6-litre V6 turbo as F1 tries to become greener.
Chrysler ‘Thomas Special' steals the show at RM Meadow Brook auction

After crossing the auction block at $858,000, a 1953 Chrysler coupe known as the “Thomas Special” became the event's headliner. It was estimated to sell for $350,000 to $500,000.
NHTSA probes Grand Cherokee fires
Fri, 23 Aug 2013U.S. auto safety regulators are investigating the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV after complaints about fires inside the car. In a filing Monday, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said it has received three reports of fires in the headliner of the SUV near the passenger-side sun visor.
