This old diagnostic scanner manual is for Mercedes Benz engines from 1991-2000 and was published by Baum Tools Unlimited, Inc. in 2001. The cover and spine have significant wear including scuffing, staining, page tears along the spine, and writing in pen and pencil on the cover, but the inside pages are in pretty good shape.

Drivers feeling the squeeze on parking

As many as four in five drivers have reported increasing parking charges in towns and cities.
