This is a Vacuum pump rotor for an Isuzu Diesel. I not sure of all the applications or years but you have good pictures and the Factory Isuzu part number from the dealer. If you vacuum pump is not suppling the amount of vacuum needed this is more than likely your problem. A lot cheaper than a new vacuum pump. I will ship anywhere in the world. General Motors to shut down Saab
