  •      This auction is for a set of 4  new  Isuzu cast motor mounts with rubber inserts , I'm pretty sure they were from a marine application and the mounts were not needed . two of them have an additional components that bolt to the actual mounts , these units come off and he 4 mounts measure 2&3/4" x 5&1.2" on the top , the side of the angle is similar size . 3/4" diameter stud x 3" with rubber insert , The anle mount is stamped R-092005 , the transmission mount portion is marked R 090071 A . Mercedes-Benz has revealed the Mercedes Ener-G-Force Concept – a tease for a future Mercedes G-Class to rival the Range Rover. For starters, the Ener-G-Force Concept is arriving at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month all dressed up as a Highway Patrol Vehicle as Mercedes’ entry in to the Los Angeles Auto Show Design Challenge. But it’s also pointing firmly towards Mercedes plans to give Land Rover – and in particular Range Rover – a run for their money.

Fuel Injection Pioneer Stuart Hilborn 1917-2013

Stuart Hilborn, the dry lakes hot rodder whose racing fuel injection systems powered almost the entire field at Indianapolis some years, died Monday at the age of 96. Hilborn first went to the dry lakes in 1938 and was amazed to see engine builders and racers who hadn't gone to college producing twice the horsepower of a stock setup. “I was very impressed that they had doubled the horsepower of the cars as they came out of Detroit with virtually no money at all, just work,” Hilborn told the American Hot Rod Foundation.
