Up for bid is a used Haynes Repair Manual for 1981 – 1993 Isuzu Pick-ups and 1984 – 1991 Isuzu Trooper vehicles – all 2WD and 4WD gasoline engine models. The manual has 280+ pages that cover tune ups and maintenance, engines, general engine overhaul procedures, cooling, heating and air conditioning systems, fuel and exhaust systems, engine electrical systems, emissions and engine control systems, manual transaxle, automatic transaxle, clutch and drive axles, brakes, suspension and steering systems, body, chassis electrical system and wiring diagrams. This manual is in great useable condition, but does show some signs of use, age and wear (see PIC). On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being brand new, I’d rate this manual at a 9.7 for its overall condition. Renault Megane stars at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show
Wed, 11 Sep 2013In the great scheme of things, a facelift for the Renault Megane is hardly the most exciting news to come out of the Frankfurt Motor Show, but then this is 'Germany's show' and the Megane is a decidedly French car. But with the arrival of the new Clio and the Captur, the Megane was looking a little out of place in the Renault stable. So the facelift simply brings the Megane into line.
2013 Toyota Yaris Trend launches from £14,570 & new Yaris Appearance Packs
Tue, 08 Jan 2013The 2013 Toyota Yaris Trend has been launched with styling tweaks and the Yaris TR and SR get new Appearance Packs. Toyota are aiming the Yaris Tend at ‘younger, design-conscious consumers’, so they’ve been busy giving the Trend a tweak or three to make it more appealing to their target demographic. That means keeping the chrome bits round the nose from the previous Yaris Trend, with versions optioned in white getting matching covers in the headlamp units, chrome door sills and mirrors and blacked-out B and C Pillars for a ‘floating roof’ effect.
2013 Ford Mondeo launches in China. UK & Europe still waiting.
Thu, 04 Apr 2013With the UK and Europe having to wait until 2014 to get the new Ford Mondeo, Ford has managed to launch the new Mondeo in China this week. Of course, as we reported last year, it’s entirely possible that with Mondeo sales now just half of what they were in 2008 that Ford may even move Mondeo production to Mexico to build it alongside the Ford Fusion, the US version of the Mondeo which has been on sale since summer 2012. But Ford are adamant the move to Spain for the Mondeo is happening and, once complete, will mean Ford finally rolling the new Mondeo off the production line by the end of 2013 for the UK and Europe.
