Application: 2001-2002 GMT455 C3500 HD (2WD) w/NV4500 Man. Trans. and 92 to 01 C3500 HD NV4500 with new design seal.

Manual transmission output shaft seal has been revised for better oil retention and longer service life. J-45381 fits the new seal design, and will back-service the same applications as the new seal, to 1992.
