Fits 2003 - 2006 Cadillac Escalade. With vary minor alterations to 1 or 2 alignment pins the lens will fit 2003 - 2006 Chevy Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban, Avalanche, GMC Sierra, Yukon, Denali, 2007 Silverado & Sierra classic. This is the complete lens assembly with the clear plastic lens included. Please note when using on anything other than the Escalade some area's of the applique will show that normally don't, specifically a white pin stripe along the upper portion of the gauges.
