This is an oil filter head I believe  used on Jaguar 3.8S, 3.4S, and some other Jaguars possibly 3.8 MKX (Not sure as I do not have a 3.8 MKX) parts book. It appears good. Please compare with yours.This appears similar to illustration in the 3.8S factory book, but valve is in a different position. Any advice to exactly exactlyidentify is appreciated; my Compatibility may Not be correct  Any help to identify is appreciated.I have thousands of similar parts. BMW introduces diesel 2015 X3 before Chicago Auto Show

BMW's successful X3 SUV is getting new features for 2015, the company said on Wednesday before the Chicago Auto Show. For the first time in the U.S., a diesel engine will be offered on the midsized 'ute, as will a lower-cost rear-wheel drive model. The BMW X3 xDrive28d -- quite a mouthful -- will deliver 180 hp and a robust 280 lb-ft of torque using a 2.0-liter, TwinPower turbo diesel engine.

Opel product chief Weber quits to take job with yet-unnamed rival

Frank Weber, the German-born engineer who helped lead development of the Chevrolet Volt and Opel Ampera hybrids, is leaving General Motors' Opel unit to work for an as-yet unnamed competitor. Weber has been Opel's product chief since November 2009. His departure was reported Thursday by Automotive News Europe and confirmed by company sources.
