Brand New, unused, never installed Powerhouse CNC Stainless Steel SuperchargerPulley for an XKR/XJR 4.0 or 4.2 liter Jaguar.  I bought this for my 2004 XJR, but never got around to putting it on.  A buddy of mine had one on his, and it made a huge difference in midrange power.  Great bang for the buck mod.  If you look around on the other "new" items on ebay, you can see the explanations for install, performance expectations, and quality specifications.  I paid over 200 directly from Powerhouse in England about 6 months ago, yours for a fraction of the cost!!!

Thanks for looking!!!

Driven: Lexus IS-F

Mon, 18 Aug 2008

The Lexus IS-F is a significant new design for one core reason: it introduces a performance sub-brand parallel to that of the M-cars from BMW, AMG from Mercedes-Benz, and the S and RS sub-brands from Audi. This then is Lexus making a logical next step to further encroach on the established German premium brands. BMW originated the premium brands' performance sub-brand with the 'M for Motorsport' M3 of 1986 (the M1 supercar of 1978 preceded that, but was a singular model, not a performance derivative).

Just 1 of at least 10 Ferrari 458 Italia Fires Update 1/9/2010: It took Ferrari a while to catch up with our story – well, a couple of days – but they got there. Ferrari say the fires on the 458 Italia are caused by the glue attaching a heat shield catching fire under high temperatures. Which sounds extremely odd, but that’s the explanation.
