Perfect scanned copy of Air Ministry Publications AP1346 & AP1139. on the 1920's & 1930's Jaguar Aircraft Engine & Supercharger.

This between the wars 14 Cylinder Radial engine was used on aircraft like the Siskin, the Gloster Grebe & the Westlad Wapiti.

Both Manuals scanned as High resolution TIF images & digitally cleaned. Includes a large number of diagrams & photographic plates including some colour plates. Also included on the CD is an Adobe Acrobat version of both manuals for easy browsing (Adobe Reader 7.0 supplied on the CD). Comes in a nicely printed Jewel case. Porsche has launched a range of customisation options for the Panamera The emphasis is on the quality of the customised features, and include leather, wood, carbon and aluminium. You can opt for the louvres on the air vents, the sun visors, the interior mirror, the trim cover on the steering column and the seat console front and rear, all in top-grade leather. You can have the Yachting Mahogany Interior Package with trim panels on the dashboard and the doors as well as trim covers on the centre console.

Nissan's Juke-R vs Supercars Nissan are trailing a video of the Juke-R racing supercars in Dubai with a frustrating string of very short video trailers. Back in January we published an amateur video of the bonkers Nissan Juke-R racing a whole heap of supercars on a street track at the International Arena in Dubai and it was an interesting race, even if the production values were pretty much non-existent. But the real deal on the day was a professional video shoot by Nissan to allow a bit more Juke-R fairy dust to be sprinkled round the Interwebs with a slick and polished race story video, with Gran Turismo gamer Lucus Ordonez pitting the Nissan Juke-R against Salah Salahuddin’s supercar collection - which they’ve finally got round to editing.

People's Car Project concepts showcased

Volkswagen is currently showcasing three of its vehicle and technology concepts created under the ‘People's Car Project' at this year's Beijing auto show. The Hover Car, the Music Car and the Smart Key concepts – created by users of the website, which has seen 33 million visitors – are just three of more than 119,00 ideas submitted, leading the project to be indefinitely extended as Volkswagen uses the findings to influence its future design strategy. The ‘Hover Car' is an environmentally friendly two-seater city car that, unsurprisingly, hovers above the ground.
