Jaguar Amber Choke Warning Light

This is for one or more (if more are still available) amber choke warning lights.  Taken from an XJ6 S1, I think this is applicable to other Jaguars but I do not know which ones.  I also believe these to be used on Triumphs but again, I'm not sure.

The light(s) are in very good used condition.  See the photographs and form your own assessment of the condition.  Tested and work just fine.

The Porsche P1 is lighter, greener and more exclusive than McLaren's new hypercar

Mon, 27 Jan 2014

Long before the legendary Porsche 911 -- before, even, the Porsche 356 -- Ferdinand Porsche was tinkering with alternative powertrains and designing road-worthy vehicles. Though it wasn't the first vehicle to bear his name, the “Egger-Lohner electric vehicle, C.2 Phaeton model” was the earliest result of his efforts. Perhaps getting the jump on the modern alpha-numeric craze/plague, it was shortened to a simple “P1.” The P1 (we'll refer to it as the Porsche P1 from here on out to avoid confusion) made its first appearance in Vienna on June 26, 1898, and it didn't last long in the public eye: Before Porsche decided to pull it out and put it on display, it had reportedly been sitting in a warehouse, untouched, since 1902.

Hamann Motorsport tie-dyes McLaren MP4-12C

Wed, 07 Nov 2012

Tuner Hamann Motorsport is going after BMW's art car with its new creation. The colorful memoR package for the McLaren MP4-12C turns the angry supercar into a Technicolor rolling sculpture for Timothy Leary fans. Of course, this car is from Hamann, so it's equipped with a carbon-fiber body kit.

Fall in drug-driving admissions

Fri, 07 Feb 2014

THE NUMBER of motorists admitting to drug-driving is falling, according to Government figures. Just 0.5% of motorists said they had driven under the influence of drugs during the 2012/13 financial year compared with 1% who owned up to this offence during 2011/12. Based on a survey by the Office for National Statistics, the figures also showed that 6.4% of motorists had admitted drink-driving at least once in 2012/13 compared with 7.4% in 2011/12.
