Jaguar S2 E-Type Water Expansion Tank -- NEW -- OEM This listing is for a NOS water expansion tank as fitted to the SII E-Type from 1968 to 1971. It has a beautiful powder coat finish in gloss black. There are not dents or dings or scratches. Part looks perfect for that 100-point restoration. This part was bought as a spare way back in the day, powder coated, and kept in dark, padded environment. I am unloading my
collection of parts accumulated as spares during a complete restoration of a
1970 SII roadster. The car has been sold and the parts are no longer
needed. Most of these
spare parts were collected because they are becoming more and more rare and I
knew some day I would need them. |

Jaguar R-S Range to grow – XKR-S Convertible, XJR & XFR-S planned
Tue, 14 Jun 2011R-S will extend across the Jaguar range It’s been a while since we played the speculation game with Jaguar, so it’s due. The last punt we had after a tip-off – apart from the XF 2.2 diesel Jaguar denied when we ran the story – was that Jaguar were planning on building an XJ Supersport Diesel. But long before that we heard that, there were rumblings of a more powerful petrol XJ Supersport too, an XJR, perhaps, or maybe an XJR-S or XJ Supersport S.
Children more distracting than cell phones, study finds
Tue, 16 Apr 2013Parents of small children will not be surprised by findings released recently by Australian researchers stating children pose a greater distraction to drivers than talking on cell phones -- a 12 percent greater distraction, to be exact. With all the screaming and crying infants bring to the commute and the fighting and other factors older siblings contribute, we wonder why nobody has pointed a finger at our precious angels sooner. Perhaps because there is little we can do to control when or where our kids decide to dissolve into fits of rage or sorrow.
