JAGUAR S2 & S3 CHROME FINISHERS, OUTER, AROUND BOTH HEADLAMP APERTURES

This listing is for two new chrome headlamp finishers. These are pristine with no scratches or folds. They have never been attempted to be installed. These are sold by the usuals at $65 each.

I bought two full sets of inside and outside finishers but buggered up the inside ones from one set before I got the second set properly installed. Trim sets are very expensive and It was a very expensive exercise for me. But it is not one that most of us S2 owners haven't experienced.

I am unloading my collection of parts accumulated as spares during a complete restoration of a 1970 SII roadster. The car has been sold and the parts are no longer needed.  Most of these spare parts were collected because they are becoming more and more rare and I knew some day I would need them.

Fri, 13 Mar 2009

In a sea of sameness, the 2010 Kia Soul stands out. Perhaps nowhere is that more apparent than Miami, a city filled with image-conscious denizens and head-turning sights on every corner. For three days every August some of the most historic racing cars gather to take to one of the world’s most challenging racing circuits, in the hills above Monterey.

Tracker launches ‘My Tracker’ & opens up a whole new market

Wed, 10 Apr 2013

If you have a car that costs a bit more than average, you’ve probably been told you need to fit a Tracker if you want to get it insured, so the insurance company has a fighting chance of recovering your car in quick sticks if a light-fingered lout makes off with your pride and joy. It’s a clever system that uses hidden sensors to track the car’s movements and helps the police find your car when it’s been stolen. And it’s a good business for Tracker, who have demonstrated the recovery rate of stolen vehicles is far higher when their system is fitted which means a ready market when insurance companies insist it’s fitted to high value cars.
